Operating efficiency improved as costs rose slower than revenue, boosting EBITDA margin to 25.5% and reflecting benefits from privatization. Leverage remains healthy at 2.3x net debt/EBITDA, enabling a new dividend policy with a minimum 75% payout and at least biannual distributions.
