Sigma Lithium (SGML) demonstrated strong Q2 production, lower costs, and robust margins, highlighting operational improvements at Grota do Cirilo. SGML targets a challenging 240kt annual production, but recent output and operational history suggest execution and regulatory risks remain material. Q2 EBITDA margin reached 47% with realized SC5 concentrate price at $2089/t and AISC at $668/t, yet long-term margin sustainability is unproven.
