Manulife and Sun Life blew past my 2027 price targets in seven months. MFC is up 17% year-to-date, and SLF is up 27%. Q2 was strong for both. MFC reinsured another $3.2B of long-term care risk and its asset management outflows reversed. SLF fixed U.S. Group Benefits and put a timeline on Dental. Hong Kong is my main concern. Both are selling policies at lower margins, and neither explained why despite repeated analyst questions.
