Brazil Potash: Bull Case Is Starting To (Slowly) Bloom
Brazil Potash remains a highly speculative, pre-revenue play with a reiterated $7/share price target and a BUY rating. Recent positives include Supreme Federal Court support, a definitive power agreement, and an improved cash position, but major financing is still pending. Material dilution has occurred, but the investment thesis holds due to derisking progress and a strong industrial-policy rationale for domestic potash production in Brazil.
