During Q4, the Harbor AlphaEdge Large Cap Value ETF returned 4.63% (NAV), slightly underperforming the Harbor AlphaEdge Large Cap Value Index, which returned 4.64%, and outperforming its benchmark, the Russell 1000® Value Index, which returned 3.81%. The Harbor AlphaEdge Large Cap Value ETF  employs an indexing investment approach designed to track the performance of the Harbor AlphaEdge Large Cap Value Index. During the second quarter, the Harbor AlphaEdge Large Cap Value ETF (“ETF”) returned 5.49% (NAV), slightly underperforming the Harbor AlphaEdge Large Cap Value Index, which returned 5.59%, and outperforming its benchmark, the Russell 1000® Value Index (“Index”), which returned 3.79%.
