During the quarter, we closed our long positions in MTY Food Group, uniQure, ClearPoint Neuro, and Suja Life Inc. During the quarter, we closed short positions in Bending Spoons SpA, Chipotle Mexican Grill, The Ensign Group, Gemini Space Station, Jersey Mike's Subs, Moderna, Reformation, Once Upon a Farm, and X-Energy Inc. We initiated a small tracking position in Zedcor Inc. while continuing our due diligence.

Abivax Société Anonyme is advancing obefazimod for ulcerative colitis and Crohn's, with recent safety concerns now largely addressed. ABVX raised $920 million, extending its cash runway into Q4 2029 and strengthening its negotiating position for potential M&A.
