Collateralized loan obligation bonds generated positive total returns over the period. The Hartford AAA CLO Fund outperformed the JP Morgan CLO AAA Index during the quarter. The portfolio's out-of-benchmark allocations to single A and AA CLOs contributed to relative returns over the quarter.

The week ending in February 15 featured the Exchange conference in Miami, Florida, and launches were muted as a result. Only one new ETF made its debut during the week.

The week ending December 8, 2023 was fairly busy for the ETF industry, with 15 new ETFs added. Perhaps the biggest ETF rollout for the period was the actively managed “Core-Plus” bond launched by Vanguard.
