PGIM Short Duration High Yield ETF offers low duration U.S. high yield exposure with a 1.5-year duration and 6.3% SEC yield. PSH mitigates drawdown risk compared to longer-duration high yield ETFs, making it attractive in a tight spread macro environment. The fund emphasizes diversification, with granular holdings and limited exposure to the riskiest CCC-rated credits (8.6%).

PGIM, Prudential Financial's $1.2 trillion investment management arm, has launched four actively managed ETFs. According to PGIM, three of the funds invest in equities, while the fourth ETF targets fixed income.
