NEW YORK NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--First Eagle Investments' actively managed ETF platform has exceeded $3 billion in assets under management (AUM) as of May 12th, 2026, less than 18 months after its launch, underscoring accelerating investor adoption of active equity ETFs. Year-to-date inflows, led by global strategies, have already matched full-year 2025 totals in less than half the time, as investors increasingly turn to active, valuation-driven strategies amid elevated market concentration.

The First Eagle Overseas Equity ETF applies value investing principles, focusing on developed markets with a disciplined, fundamentally driven approach. FEOE outperformed its MSCI EAFE benchmark by nearly 9% over 12 months and ranked in the top quartile among 680 foreign large-cap blend peers. The fund's short history, active management, and looming fee waiver expiration (current expense 0.50%, true fee 0.79%) temper enthusiasm despite strong risk-adjusted returns.

The Overseas Equity ETF posted a return of 6.45% in fourth quarter 2025. Samsung's results reflect continued strong demand and shortage-induced pricing strength for DRAM chips and persistent demand from hyperscalers driven by AI infrastructure buildouts. Strong gold and copper prices drove cash flows during the quarter, and operating leverage was enhanced by resumed gold production in Mali.

Risk assets in general capped off a strong year with a solid fourth quarter. In contrast with recent trends, non-US equity markets led the way in 2025. Equity market valuation multiples are rich, high yield spreads are tight and implied volatility is low. Spending on data centers and other AI infrastructure by hyperscalers is forecast to continue, but its current rate of growth is unsustainable absent some other sources of financing.
