Toro Corp trades at a 14% discount to estimated NAV, supporting my continued Buy rating. The upcoming AI OKTO spin-off will distribute one AIOK share per eight TORO shares, but I plan to sell AIOK post-spin. TORO's alignment of management and shareholder interests, via substantial insider ownership, differentiates it from its dilutive spin-offs.

LIMASSOL, Cyprus, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Toro Corp. The Toro Company is rated a Buy, supported by strong Professional segment growth, innovation-driven market share gains, and margin improvement levers. TTC's Professional segment, now 81% of sales, benefits from multi-year growth in underground construction, golf, and landscape contractor markets. AMP program savings and Residential margin recovery are driving margin expansion, with further improvements expected into FY27.

The Toro Company delivered a solid Q3 2026, beating revenue and EPS expectations, yet shares dropped nearly 7% on earnings-quality concerns. TTC raised full-year sales and EPS guidance, citing strong demand, AMP program outperformance, and robust residential margin expansion. Professional segment growth was driven by acquisitions and demand, but margin contraction and ongoing input cost pressures remain key risks.

LIMASSOL, Cyprus, July 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Toro Corp. (NASDAQ: TORO) (“Toro”, or the “Company”), a global energy transportation services provider, announced today that its Board of Directors (the ”Board”) has scheduled the Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the ”Meeting”) to be held on September 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., local time, at 223 Christodoulou Chatzipavlou Street, Hawaii Royal Gardens, 3036 Limassol, Cyprus. The Board has fixed a record date of July 17, 2026 (the ”Record Date”) for the determination of the shareholders entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the Meeting or any adjournment thereof.

Toro Corp. offers a compelling risk-reward profile, supported by strong shareholder alignment, the CEO's 74.2% stake, and substantial cash reserves. The CEO's decision to receive the special dividends in shares, alongside its insider purchases, strengthens shareholder alignment and signals confidence in further value creation. TORO's core shipping business is stable but secondary to the value embedded in its preferred stake in Castor Maritime, which could unlock significant upside.
