(NYSE:SLG), Manhattan's largest office landlord, today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly ordinary dividend of $0.6175 per share of common stock, which is the equivalent of an annualized dividend of $2.47 per share. The dividend is payable in cash on October 15, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2026.

NEW YORK, Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG), Manhattan's largest office landlord, today announced that the Company has signed 129 Manhattan office leases totaling 1,760,649 square feet to date in 2026 with a mark-to-market 15.8% higher than the previous fully escalated rents on the same spaces.

SLG is set to sell 110 Greene Street for $226 million, with net proceeds earmarked to repay unsecured corporate debt.
