I maintain the Buy rating on the Astoria US Equal Weight Quality Kings ETF. With four stocks replaced, ROE's IT-heavy portfolio still has a robust factor mix with a GARP tilt reinforced with high quality, including large exposure to debt-light companies. ROE has slightly trailed the S&P 500 index since June, yet it is still ahead of IVV and a few peers YTD, and I expect outperformance to continue into 2027.

The portfolio generated a modestly positive absolute return in Q3, but it trailed the MSCI All Country World Small Mid Index.
