Global X U.S. Infrastructure Development ETF is rated 'Buy' for its pure-play builder focus and competitive long-term returns versus SPY. PAVE's low utility exposure (~3%) and heavy industrials allocation (~76%) insulate it from rate-sensitive sector headwinds affecting peers - IGF and IFRA. AI buildout and government spending (IIJA, CHIPS) underpin PAVE's growth outlook through mid-2027, with 75% odds of continued outperformance.

Big Tech is borrowing heavily to fund the AI boom. Here are ETF areas that could benefit while helping investors navigate the risks.

The Global X U.S. Infrastructure Development ETF (PAVE) was launched on March 6, 2017, and is a passively managed exchange traded fund designed to offer broad exposure to the Utilities - Infrastructure segment of the equity market.

AI's super-cycle is driving record infrastructure investment, boosting demand for data centers, power and equipment and spotlighting ETFs.

While I am a big believer in a certain degree of diversification, I have significantly overweighted my portfolio in 3 investments. These investments are targeting 2 major macro tailwinds that should help drive superior long-term risk-adjusted performance in these picks. I detail the three investments that I am betting big on, as well as the risks.

Before the OpenAI IPO materializes and while Anthropic has yet to go public, it may be tough for investors to cite a single company as the face of AI. Still, NVIDIA Corp. NASDAQ: NVDA is as good a candidate as any: as the largest publicly traded firm in the world and an undisputed leader in the semiconductor and chips space, this $5-trillion behemoth has held tremendous influence over the tech-heavy Nasdaq-100 as well as the broader market overall in recent years.

PAVE is an infrastructure ETF that functions as an AI power-buildout fund. The firms driving it are the ones wiring and servicing data centers. Global X U.S. Infrastructure Development ETF trades at 22.2x forward against the Industrials ETF at 26.3x, with higher forward EPS growth to boot. I look through the fund at its constituent holdings to see how the fund is positioned in forward P/E, EPS growth, net margins, and technical indicators. I'm optimistic.

The Global X U.S. Infrastructure Development ETF (PAVE) was launched on March 6, 2017, and is a passively managed exchange traded fund designed to offer broad exposure to the Utilities - Infrastructure segment of the equity market.

The Global X US Infrastructure Development ETF (PAVE) is positioned to benefit from hyperscaler AI infrastructure capex, offering less speculative exposure than mega-cap tech stocks. PAVE has outperformed the S&P 500 and Magnificent Seven over the past year, with a 29% total return and robust earnings growth in its holdings. With a diversified portfolio of 100 mid- and large-cap companies, PAVE reduces concentration risk and captures growth from data center and grid expansion.

I detail two of the best risk-reward opportunities today. I explain the powerful macro tailwinds that should drive strong dividend growth alongside very attractive 6.5-10% current yields. I also outline the risks involved in each investment.
