Acerca de: Founded in 2012, Grab provides ride-hailing services, food and grocery delivery, and financial services (payments, consumer loans, and enterprise offerings) in eight Southeast Asian countries through its mobile platform. The company partners with merchants and riders, connecting them with consumers while charging a commission to both sides. Grab has a leading market share and derives over 70% of its revenue from its core businesses, ride-hailing and food delivery. Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia contributed more than 70% of revenue in 2025. Grab's main competitors in Southeast Asia are Line Man and Goto. Its financial services business is still in its nascent stage and provides minimal revenue currently. The company now also generates advertising revenue.

Grab: Atome, GrabFin And A $1.7 Billion EBITDA Target
Grab Holdings Limited (GRAB) remains a Strong Buy, with a base case valuation of $7.50–$8.00 per share despite regulatory and credit risks. GRAB posted 22% revenue growth, expanding margins, and raised 2026 and 2028 Adjusted EBITDA guidance to $730M and $1.7B, respectively. Indonesia's commission cap is now a manageable margin drag, not a thesis-breaker; Thailand's regulatory trajectory is the next key risk to monitor.
