The first component of the Bank's U.S. commercial strategy for its tokenized deposits is the issuance by VersaBank USA of the Bank's own Real Bank Tokenized Deposits™ (RBTDs™), which are highly encrypted versions of conventional digital bank deposits represented on the blockchain.

Approval by Minister Champagne is one of two regulatory approvals required for the Bank to complete the Reorganization following its approval by the Bank's shareholders in September.

VersaBank is scaling its digital U.S. lending business through proprietary AI-enabled technology. Declining profit margins reflect the high costs of integration and international corporate reorganization.

VersaBank (VBNK) continues to deliver strong year-over-year growth, with Q3 revenue up 23% and adjusted net income up 27%. U.S. operations are now a significant profit driver, but ambitious 2027 SRP growth targets require flawless execution and additional capital.
