LISRAYA's recent approval gives ROIV a nice commercial foundation, while additional indications could turn brepocitinib into a broader immunology franchise. ROIV's pulmonary asset with mosliciguat is also promising. This candidate may be helpful for vascular resistance and walking distance improvements. I believe mosliciguat could over time become a valuable pulmonary franchise, but we still need to see how its subsequent Phase 3 plays out.
