RSMC is a newly launched actively managed small/mid-cap fund comprised of 45 U.S. securities selected for their growth potential, provided they are priced reasonably. My analysis confirms RSMC delivers on growth, as its current holdings increased earnings per share by 12.90% over the last three years, compared to 4.82% for the Russell 2500 Index. However, RSMC's value features are relatively poor compared to three other small/mid-cap factor funds I selected as comparators. Overall, I don't think its factor mix is anything special.
