SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Feb. 19, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Meritage Homes Corporation (NYSE: MTH, “Meritage” or the “Company”), the fifth-largest homebuilder in the U.S., today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.48 per share, a 12% increase year-over-year from the quarterly dividend of $0.43 per share in 2025.
