Meritage Homes Is Building Value For All Seasons
Meritage Homes, is steadily taking market share, building and delivering homes faster, all the while returning capital to shareholders. Meritage Homes is in an advantageous position even as housing prices and interest rates remain high. At its current price, MTH's PEBV ratio implies the market expects the company's profits to permanently fall 30%. This expectation seems overly pessimistic and leaves shares undervalued.
