The group split away in 2003 as Cornerstone Financial Partners, adding a fourth partner, Craig Rubrecht. In 2018 it joined Focus Financial Partners, a partnership of independent wealth management firms, and it is an indirect subsidiary of Focus Financial Partners, LLC.
