The stock has retreated in the last couple of months, but the charts suggest now could be a good time to get in. XNET released its Q3 FY2025 report, which supports the argument that XNET is an undervalued stock, and perhaps very much so. The stake in Arashi/Insta360 is a wild card, but XNET has more than enough to send the stock much higher than where it is after the recent slide.

Xunlei Limited reported mixed third-quarter results with strong growth offset by persistent margin pressure. GAAP results were boosted by further price appreciation of the company's 7.8% stake in Chinese panoramic camera market leader Arashi Vision, better known as "Insta360". However, lockup requirements will preclude Xunlei from selling Arashi Vision shares until H2/2026.
