For the second week in a row, launches of new ETFs have been sluggish, to say the least. Granted, the five launches that took place this past week were more than the two that launched in the week ended April 19.

A new ETF on the market is aiming to take advantage of short-term opportunities to create attractive returns for investors. The Opportunistic Trader ETF (WZRD), listed on the NYSE on March 20, charges 99 basis points.
