(NYSE: WPC, the "Company") announced today that the underwriters of its previously closed and announced underwritten public offering of an aggregate of 6,000,000 shares of common stock, offered on a forward basis, have exercised in full their option to purchase an additional 900,000 shares of the Company's common stock.
