Versant, the owner of pay-TV networks including CNBC, MS Now and the Golf Channel, will release its first earnings report as a public company on Tuesday. The company, which spun off from Comcast's NBCUniversal and went public in January, derives the vast majority of its revenue from its cable networks and is working to grow its digital operations.
