If the proposal is accepted, this would result in a strategic merger, creating a powerhouse in both the ETF and mutual fund ecosystems.

Keystone added 269,496 shares of VictoryShares Free Cash Flow ETF; estimated trade size was $10.34 million based on quarterly average price. Quarter-end position value rose by $13.75 million, reflecting both the share increase and stock price movement.

VictoryShares Free Cash Flow ETF's forward-looking, quarterly re-selection process targets quality companies with high FCF yield and positive EPS growth, especially in tech, energy, and healthcare. This makes it a very dynamic ETF: in my opinion, today it is suitable as a satellite component of a portfolio. The ETF's rapid turnover enables swift adaptation to sectoral shifts, and my attention goes to the compression of expected FCF of tech stocks.

VictoryShares Free Cash Flow ETF earns a reiterated buy rating for its attractive valuation, strong track record, and robust technical setup. VFLO trades at a low 13.5x P/E with a 9.7% EPS growth rate, yielding a compelling PEG ratio below 1.5x. The ETF's portfolio features a barbell approach: overweight Energy, underweight IT versus S&P 500, and significant Health Care exposure.

Annex Advisory sold 1,421,755 shares of VFLO; estimated transaction value $54.53 million based on quarterly average pricing. The transaction represented approximately 1.04% of the firm's reportable 13F AUM.
