VFLO's methodology prioritizes forward-looking free cash flow yield and growth, excluding financials and REITs, and caps individual holdings at 4%. The portfolio's sector mix leans into technology and energy, avoiding mega caps, and manages concentration risk with only ~32% in the top 10 holdings.

Growth, growth, and more growth — that's been the common refrain in the current market environment. However, peeking from behind the curtains is the quality factor.

VictoryShares Free Cash Flow ETF (VFLO) offers concentrated exposure to high-quality U.S. large cap value stocks, with a notable tilt toward tech and energy sectors. VFLO has outperformed major value ETFs and the S&P 500 since inception, but its track record is short and volatility is higher than peers. The fund's expense ratio of 0.44% is elevated versus competitors, but could be justified by continued outperformance.

Allworth Financial sold 3.19 million shares of VFLO, representing an estimated $105.3 million decrease in position value. The transaction equates to 0.51% of Allworth's reported 13F assets under management (AUM) for the quarter.

With the S&P 500 posting multiple record highs this year, many investors are questioning whether valuations have peaked—and whether now is the right time to commit new capital. That uncertainty can lead to hesitation or even sitting on the sidelines.

Atlas Wealth added 230,856 shares of VFLO, a $8.7 million increase in position value. The transaction's value was 2.7% of the firm's AUM.
