("Exiro Nickel") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an asset purchase agreement ("Agreement") to acquire a 100% interest in the Thompson Operations in Manitoba, Canada from Vale Base Metals ("Vale Base Metals"), including the producing Thompson nickel mine, plus exploration assets in the Thompson Nickel Belt.
