TKC Hedge Fund Activity: Q4 2017 in Review

110 of the 4,409 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in Turkcell (TKC) for Q4 2017, worth a combined $380M — up 26% from $302M a quarter earlier.
