First Financial: NIM Expansion Is Powerful (Upgrade)
First Financial upgraded to "Buy" as NIM expansion, loan growth, and strong capital position drive an improved outlook. THFF's Q3 earnings beat estimates, with revenue up 12% and net interest margin rising to 4.25% amid improved deposit mix. Loan growth outpaces deposits, but balance sheet optimization and robust credit reserves support continued growth and risk management.
