NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)---- $TACOU #SPAC--Berto Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: TACOU) (the “Company”), the ninth special purpose acquisition company sponsored by Harry You, today announced that, commencing on or about June 5, 2025, holders of the units sold in the Company's initial public offering completed on May 1, 2025 (the “offering”), may elect to separately trade the ordinary shares and warrants included in the units. No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants.

Two IPOs and nine SPACs debuted this week. One IPO and six SPACs submitted initial filings. A handful of IPOs are scheduled to price in the week ahead, led by two sizable insurers.

The offering was priced at $10.00 per unit, resulting in gross proceeds of $300,150,000. The units began trading on The Nasdaq Global.
