About: Sirius XM operates almost exclusively in the US through its SiriusXM and Pandora audio services. SiriusXM is primarily a satellite radio service that offers nationwide coverage and mostly ad-free listening, with proprietary channels and exclusive content. It makes agreements with automakers to install its radios in vehicles and give trial services to vehicle buyers, which have traditionally fed its subscriber base. The company provides the service through a handful of geostationary satellites that it owns and operates; it now offers a streaming SiriusXM option as well. Pandora, which makes up a much smaller portion of revenue and profit, offers a subscription and ad-supported streaming music service that competes with industry giants like Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music.

Sirius XM Holdings: Ridiculously Cheap Or Melting Ice Cube?
Sirius XM trades at a low free cash flow multiple due to market concerns over leverage, stagnant growth, and competition from streaming, but its cash flow remains robust. The company's niche in auto entertainment provides cash flow stability and a potential moat against streaming competitors. If free cash flow is used to pay down debt and buy back shares, equity value could rise significantly, offering a potential 17-20% annualized return through to 2027.

Buy 7 Ideal 'Safer' May Dividends, Out Of 40 Reader Tags
My yield-based 'dogcatcher' strategy spotlights high-yield stocks whose dividends from $1,000 invested exceed their share price, favoring underdogs for income growth. Analyst targets project average net gains of 41.9% for the top ten May 2025 ReFa/Ro Dogs, with Oxford Lane Capital leading at 83.4% upside potential. All ten top ReFa/Ro Dogs currently meet my 'ideal' criteria, but caution is warranted as several have negative free cash flow margins, signaling cash-poor status.

Here Are All 6 Stocks I've Bought Through 5 Months of 2025
It's been a wild ride for the stock market through the first five months of 2025. As of mid-February, Wall Street's major stock indexes could do no wrong, with the benchmark S&P 500 vaulting to an all-time record-closing high.

Even With Challenges, SiriusXM Is Too Cheap (Upgrade)
I upgrade SiriusXM to a buy, as valuation now reflects excessive pessimism despite ongoing headwinds and a well-managed decline. Cost-cutting and lower capital spending are driving improved free cash flow, with deleveraging on track to enable buybacks by 2027. Subscriber growth remains challenged, but lower churn and an upcoming ad-supported tier could stabilize the base and support long-term ARPU.

Buffett's May DiviDogs Tag Ally As A "Safer" Buy
Berkshire Hathaway's latest moves include doubling down on Constellation Brands and increasing stakes in Domino's Pizza, Pool, and Sirius XM, while dropping Citigroup, DaVita, and Nu Holdings. Top Berkshire 'dividend dogs'—Kraft Heinz, Sirius XM, and Ally Financial—now offer annual dividends from $1,000 invested that exceed their single share prices, meeting the dogcatcher ideal. Analyst forecasts suggest the top ten high-yield Berkshire stocks could deliver average net gains of 21.31% by May 2026, with moderate risk compared to the broader market.

These 3 Stocks Keep Falling -- Are They Bargains or Traps?
Beaten-down stocks can certainly be good investment opportunities in many cases, but just because a stock has been declining doesn't necessarily mean it's cheap. To illustrate this, in this video I'll take a look at SiriusXM Holdings (SIRI -0.86%), while longtime Fool.com contributor Tyler Crowe examines two solar stocks that have underperformed the market recently.
