TORONTO, July 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sprott Asset Management LP (“Sprott Asset Management”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sprott Inc. (“Sprott”) (NYSE/TSX: SII), on behalf of the Sprott Physical Copper Trust (NYSE: SCOP) (TSX: COP.UN) (TSX: COP.U) (the “Trust”), a closed-ended mutual fund trust created to invest and hold substantially all of its assets in physical copper metal, today announced that it has updated its at-the-market equity program to issue up to U.S.$250 million of Units of the Trust (“Units”) in Canada and the United States (the “ATM Program”). This ATM Program replaces the Trust's previous at-the-market equity program, announced on May 4, 2026, which has since been terminated.
