Two Differentiated Approaches At Attractive Valuations Generating Monthly Payouts

Value-oriented sectors have been underperforming relative to the broader market, such as the S&P 500 Index and Nasdaq. This is because they tend to face more pressure from higher rates, and as the 10 Year U.S. Treasury climbs over 5%, that's sent these sectors lower. That includes funds that are more value-oriented; today, we'll be looking at two differentiated funds that provide monthly distributions that can add diversification to an investor's approach.

Forget JEPI: Invesco's Equal-Weight Income Fund Is Beating It by 6+ Points With Lower Fees

JEPI has built its reputation on reliable monthly income, but a lesser-known Invesco fund is quietly outpacing it in 2026 while charging investors less for the privilege.

Forget JEPI: QQQ's Sponsor Sells an Equal-Weight S&P Income Fund That Charges Less and Is Beating It by 8 Points

JEPI built its reputation on monthly income and a smoother ride than the market, but a newer fund from QQQ's own sponsor is quietly challenging every reason you bought it in the first place.

RSPA: Extracting Income From The Equal-Weight S&P 500 Via A 9% Distribution

The Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight Income Advantage ETF offers a compelling alternative to traditional S&P 500 exposure. RSPA delivers a 9.4% distribution rate, closely mirroring RSP's total returns, with sustainable monthly income from volatility harvesting. The ETF's equal-weight structure avoids tech overconcentration and maintains valuations within historical P/E ranges, enhancing diversification.

RSPA: A Timely Alternative For Investors Seeking Income Beyond Mega-Cap Tech

Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight Income Advantage ETF (RSPA) blends equal-weight equity exposure with an active options-based income overlay, targeting high yield and diversification. RSPA currently offers an 8.92% dividend yield, balancing income generation with equity participation, but its short track record limits conviction for a core allocation. I rate RSPA a HOLD, citing its untested strategy across full market cycles and added complexity compared to traditional index ETFs.

RSPA: A 9% Yield For Investors Wary Of The AI-Led Market

RSPA ETF is a strong buy due to persistent macroeconomic challenges and market fragility. RSPA combines S&P 500 equal-weight exposure with covered calls and cash-secured puts to generate high monthly income. While RSPA has slightly underperformed the market, its income focus narrows the return differential and can provide better risk-adjusted returns.

Forget JEPI: These 3 Covered Call ETFs Yield Over 10% With Less NAV Erosion

Covered call ETFs have had a moment in the light, and the JPMorgan Equity Premium Income ETF (NYSE:JEPI) has captured much of that attention.

RSPA's 8.9% Yield Hides a Tax Problem Most Income Investors Never See Coming

Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight Income Advantage ETF (NYSEARCA:RSPA) pays investors a monthly distribution that would be the envy of most income strategies.

RSPA: Equal-Weighted S&P 500 Index Portfolio Generating 9%+ Yield

Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight Income Advantage ETF offers diversified S&P 500 exposure with a 9%+ monthly yield via an options-based call-writing overlay. The fund's approach to call-writing overlay is done with equity-linked notes, which is different from most of its other call-writing peers. RSPA's ELN strategy results in less tax-efficient, mostly ordinary income distributions, making it less attractive for taxable accounts versus peers.
