("RLX Technology" or the "Company") (NYSE: RLX), a leading global branded e-vapor company, today announced that its board of directors has authorized the extension of its existing share repurchase program for an additional 24-month period through December 31, 2027. The existing share repurchase program was established in December 2021 and extended in December 2023.

I continue to rate RLX Technology as a Buy, after evaluating its product portfolio expansion and shareholder returns. I'm optimistic about the growth prospects of the firm's new nicotine pouch offering; its product is priced competitively, and there are regulatory tailwinds. RLX's potential FY26 dividend yield is estimated to be at the mid-single-digit percentage level, considering the company's financial strength and cash distribution policy.
