The company's dual-class share structure, conferring disproportionate voting power on its founder, could be expected to serve as a template for the next wave of high-profile IPOs, with OpenAI and Anthropic expected to follow suit in the coming quarters.

The Invesco S&P 500 Concentrated QVM ETF recently changed strategies, now opting to hold 100 stocks based on their combined quality, value, and momentum characteristics. Its ER is 0.13%. Long-term non-backtested Index data as well as the returns of another Index-linked product demonstrate how QVMT has delivered comparable returns to S&P 500 Index ETFs over the last decade. Importantly, QVMT offers minimal exposure to mega cap growth stocks like Nvidia, trades at a 24% discount to IVV on TTM P/E, and overlaps by just 15%.

The Invesco S&P 500 Concentrated QVM ETF offers exposure to 100 S&P 500 constituents selected using a multifactor screening based on quality, value, and momentum. With a tilt toward the low volatility and value factors, QVMT might do better than IVV if the U.S.-Israel-Iran conflict escalates further and oil price continue marching higher. However, I expect it to underperform IVV this year and probably beyond, as low beta and small exposure to growth will more likely restrain upside capture.

The Invesco S&P 500 Enhanced Value ETF (SPVU) offers deep value exposure, heavily overweighting financials, energy, and healthcare while underweighting technology. SPVU trades at a significant valuation discount (11.5x P/E) to the S&P 500 and peers, but lags on profitability and earnings growth due to its sector mix. The fund outperformed peers and the S&P 500 over five years, driven by financials and energy, but has higher volatility and limited liquidity.

The Invesco S&P 500 Enhanced Value ETF (SPVU) tracks large-cap U.S. value stocks using backward-looking valuation metrics, but has underperformed SPY. SPVU's portfolio is heavily weighted in financials, healthcare, and energy, missing out on tech-driven gains, and raising concerns about sector concentration and quality. Liquidity is limited, with a small NAV and low trading volume, while risk-adjusted returns and beta do not justify choosing SPVU over broader ETFs, like SPY.

Value stocks and related ETFs have been decent performers of late. They've been generating buzz for a group of equities that long trailed growth stocks.

SPVU uses backward-looking value criteria, leading to underperformance versus SPY and missing out on major tech gains. The fund's heavy weighting in financials and energy, along with low liquidity, raises concerns about risk and portfolio quality. Given persistent underperformance and structural issues, I do not see SPVU as the top value ETF option for investors.
