Not even two full trading weeks into 2026 and the good news is already piling up for a slew of big name technology stocks. That brings benefits to investors engaged with the tech-heavy Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ) and the Invesco NASDAQ 100 ETF (QQQM).

With the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) taking place in Las Vegas, investors' eyes are on Nvidia (NVDA). A predictable response, but one that underscores the importance of the semiconductor behemoth in the artificial intelligence (AI) space.

Due in part to intersections with artificial intelligence (AI), some internet stocks delivered strong performances in 2025, including Google parent Alphabet (GOOGL), which was one of the best-performing mega-cap growth stocks.

Launched on October 13, 2020, the Invesco NASDAQ 100 ETF (QQQM) is a passively managed exchange traded fund designed to provide a broad exposure to the Large Cap Growth segment of the US equity market.

The slide this month by Oracle (ORCL) and Broadcom (AVGO) has reminded investors that artificial intelligence (AI) stocks don't move up in a straight-line fashion. They may also want to consider that prior pullbacks by mega-cap AI equities have often proven to be buying opportunities.

As the artificial intelligence (AI) space and the related investment thesis evolve at fevered pitches, market participants are increasingly curious about what the follow-up to generative AI will be. The answer largely revolves agentic AI, a form of AI that involves computers and machines performing human functions with limited human input.

With continued Nasdaq price appreciation expansion and rate cuts, I see a mixed combination of elevated valuations and robust growth potential.
