(NASDAQ: QOMO) (“Qomolangma” or the “Company”), a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company, today announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding public shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 (the “public shares”), effective as of December 27, 2024, because Qomolangma will not consummate an initial business combination within the time period required by its Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation (the “Certificate of Incorporation”).
