(NYSE: PLYM) (the “Company” or “Plymouth”) today announced that, at the concluded special meeting of stockholders held earlier today, its stockholders approved the all-cash acquisition of the Company by entities affiliated with Makarora Management LP (“Makarora”), along with Ares Alternative Credit funds (“Ares”). The Company will provide final vote results for the special meeting, as certified by the independent Inspector of Election, on a Current Report on Form 8-K to be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).
