PII Hedge Fund Activity: Q2 2015 in Review

500 of the 3,712 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in Polaris (PII) for Q2 2015, worth a combined $8B — up 2% from $7.84B a quarter earlier.

Buyers outnumbered sellers: 67 funds opened new PII positions and 54 closed out — a net gain of 13 holders — while 181 added to existing stakes and 182 trimmed.

The largest buyer was Citadel Advisors, adding an estimated $236M. The largest seller was AllianceBernstein, cutting an estimated $257M.
