Despite a big miss earlier, I remain bullish on PIMCO Dynamic Income Strategy Fund, expecting upside as Venture Global recovers and PIMCO trims energy exposure. PIMCO is reallocating PDX from energy stocks into asset-backed securities and agency MBS, aiming for more stable income and a narrower NAV discount. Venture Global's operational progress and potential arbitration resolution could further boost PDX's NAV and help close the current 9% discount.
