The notes will mature on June 30, 2030, and may be redeemed in whole or in part at any time or from time to time at the Company's option on or after June 30, 2028. The notes will bear interest at a rate of 8.75% per year payable quarterly on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31 of each year, commencing September 30, 2024.
