EXTON, Pa., Aug. 12, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dean W. Rivest, Chief Executive Officer of Omega Flex, Inc. (the “Company”), announced that net sales of the Company for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025 were $47,150,000 and $48,855,000, respectively, decreasing by $1,705,000 or 3.5%. Net sales for the three months ended June 30, 2026 were 5.8% lower than net sales for the three months ended June 30, 2025. The decrease in net sales was mainly due to lower sales unit volumes as the overall market continued to be suppressed because of, among other factors, a decline in housing starts.

(the “Company”) for the first quarters of 2026 and 2025 were $23,093,000 and $23,330,000, respectively, decreasing $237,000 or 1.0%.  Net income for the first quarters of 2026 and 2025 were $2,007,000 and $3,568,000, respectively, decreasing $1,491,000 or 41.8%.
