(NASDAQ: NUBI) (“Nubia”), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, today announced that, as of 5:00 pm Eastern Time on December 12, 2023 (the “Redemption Deadline”), Nubia has received requests to redeem a total of 3,896,031 Nubia public shares, representing 99.4% of the total public shares of Nubia outstanding prior to the Redemption Deadline. As of December 12, 2023, the pro rata portion of the Trust Account each public share would be entitled to receive upon redemption is approximately $10.94 per share (net of any applicable taxes).
