DENVER, Aug. 04, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- National Bank Holdings Corporation (NYSE: NBHC) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend to shareholders. The cash dividend of thirty-two cents ($0.32) per share of NBHC common stock will be payable on September 15, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 28, 2026.
