M/I Homes Breaks Out As A Part Of The Builder Bearish To Bullish Reversal
M/I Homes' bullish management outlook and strong balance sheet support a tactical buy despite recent softness in demand and margin dips. Q2 results showed record revenue and deliveries, but new contracts and backlog declined year-over-year, signaling caution for underlying growth. Management's guidance reassures that margins are likely bottoming, with analysts maintaining a strong buy rating and potential upside if rates fall.
