BetMGM's Q3 surge lifts MGM's outlook, with strong gains in iGaming and Online Sports driving a guidance raise for 2025.

Online gaming is starting to contribute to MGM Resorts' (MGM 2.79%) bottom line. The company's subsidiary BetMGM said today that it will pay owners MGM and Entain $200 million from the cash generated by the business, a huge shock for what was once a cash drain for MGM.

The company will no longer turn its Yonkers location into a casino with live games like poker and blackjack due to shifting competitive and economic factors, it said.

YONKERS, N.Y. , Oct. 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- MGM Yonkers Inc., a subsidiary of MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM), today withdrew its commercial casino license application to the New York Gaming Commission and the Gaming Facility Location Board.
