(NASDAQ:MBTCU) (the "Company"), announced today that the Board of Directors has voted in favor of a second postponement of the meeting date for the Extraordinary General Meeting that was to be held on January 30, 2024 for shareholders to vote on the proposed business combination with Cognos Therapeutics, Inc. The Extraordinary General Meeting that was postponed until February 6, 2024 has been postponed further and will now be held virtually on February 27, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
