Yorkville America Equities LLC, the investment adviser that manages five new Truth Social-branded ETFs focused on U.S. President Donald Trump's "America First" thesis, said on Thursday that it plans to acquire the Point Bridge America First ETF.

SARASOTA, Fla., Feb. 19, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Yorkville America Equities, LLC ("Yorkville"), investment adviser for the Truth Social Funds, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the Point Bridge America First ETF (Ticker: MAGA) into the Truth Social Funds product suite.
