LOS ANGELES, Oct. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: LYV) (the "company") today announced that it priced an offering of $730,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of its 7.125% senior notes due 2032 (the "U.S. Dollar Notes") and €600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.125% senior notes due 2032 (the "Euro Notes" and, together with the US Notes, the "Notes"). The U.S. Dollar Notes will have an interest rate of 7.125% per annum and will be issued at a price equal to 100.000% of their face value.
