MADISON, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alliant Energy Corporation (“Alliant Energy”) (NASDAQ: LNT) announced the pricing of its public offering of $725 million aggregate principal amount of 5.750% junior subordinated notes due 2056. The junior subordinated notes will be due on April 1, 2056. Alliant Energy intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to reduce outstanding commercial paper, retire long term debt and/or for general corporate purposes. The closing of the offering is expected to occ.

MADISON, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Interstate Power and Light Company (“IPL”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Alliant Energy Corporation (NASDAQ: LNT), announced the pricing of its public offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 5.600% senior debentures due 2055. The senior debentures will be due on October 1, 2055. IPL intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to reduce outstanding capital under its receivables purchase and sale program, to reduce outstanding commercial paper.

LNT targets $11.5B in 2025-2028 investments, with over 40% directed toward renewables and energy storage.
