(NASDAQ: LE) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $100 million of the Company's common stock from April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2029. Under the program, the Company may purchase its shares from time to time in the open market, in privately negotiated transactions, or by other means in accordance with federal securities laws.
